There are different variants of chocolates made of cacao, sugar, and several other additives and preservatives. Some of them contain a high percentage of sugar and harm preservatives, you should avoid eating them.

There are several varieties of dark chocolates available in market, with less or no sugar. They are cacao rich and contain several essential nutrients for human body.
